 Pastor Keven D. Johnson is a native of Tyler, Texas, raised and educated in the City of Dallas. He has been married to his wife Cassandra Wafer-Johnson for 42 years.

Pastor Johnson graduated from Dallasisd Carter High School in 1975, where he received a scholarship to Grayson County Community College, Denison, TX. After Grayson County Community College, he attended Bishop College in Dallas, TX. 

Pastor Johnson was a faithful member of the Goodwill Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of the late Rev. J.C. Huey when he received, answered, and accepted his calling into God’s Gospel Ministry in March of 1985. Pastor Johnson began his Biblical training at Southern Bible Institute and D. Edwin Johnson Bible College. During his preaching career God has blessed Pastor Johnson to pastor, Rising Star Baptist Church, Oakland, CA., New Strangers Home Baptist Church, San Francisco, CA., True Vine Baptist Church, Dallas, TX., Divine Trinity Community Church, Lancaster, TX., Bethel Baptist Church, Longview, TX., and St. John Missionary Baptist Church (Gray Ave.), Houston, TX. 

Pastor Johnson’s Ministry is one of great vision for God’s people. His warmth, hospitality, and his love for the people of God flow throughout his Ministry. Pastor Johnson has the desire to unite God's people through spiritual growth by teaching them more about learning and leaning into God. He encourages a creative culture of educating the youth by developing tutoring programs, being actively involved in community outreach programs, and working to help the needy.  

Lastly, Pastor Johnson is a servant after God's own heart. His ministry is of LOVE sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching to enhance spiritual growth within the body of Christ while reaching God's people through God's Love.
